Milan, 21 April 2015 – ServiTecno, a company specializing in the supply of software and systems for industrial applications, will distribute and support the secure remote connectivity solutions of endian.
The agreement just signed concerns Endian solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and Unified Threat Management (UTM) with Open Source technology.
Over the years, ServiTecno has developed recognized skills in IT security in the industrial field and will therefore represent for Endian an advanced and well-introduced front in a different channel from the one the company traditionally addresses.
The collaboration between the two realities represents a significant step forward in a context, that of the Internet of things, which today is as fascinating in theory as it is nebulous and with potentially critical implications on a practical level.
Enzo Maria Tieghi, Managing Director of ServiTecno, commented the agreement as follows: “ServiTecno has been collaborating with industrial realities for 35 years: from process control on a single machine to the complete supervision of industrial plants. Endian solutions will be protagonists on 28 and 29 April at the M2M Forum (Atahotel Expo Fiera, Via Keplero 12, Pero – Stand 18, Europa room). The next day, the 30th April, in the same venue, Endian and ServiTecno will take part in the conference “INDUSTRY 4.0 – The journey towards the Smart Factory”, explaining how to implement the Internet of Things in an industrial key and how to take advantage of the revolution represented by Industry 4.0 taking into account the new risks and threats to data security.
