Junior Sales Engineer

We are looking for young high school graduate and/or graduate (max 30 years) to be included in the sales team as Sales Engineer, who (after adequate training and coaching) cover an assigned industrial area/sector and have responsibility for agreed and assigned sales targets.

Here is what we expect from the candidate:

  • propose and successfully sell software and hardware solutions, services and products for industrial applications and Industrial Cyber ​​Security (OT Security)
  • get in tune with customers and with the other colleagues of our team
  • identify and qualify opportunities in the assigned territory/industrial sector, managing both existing customers and finding new ones (System Integrator, OEM, End User in Industry and Utility)
  • manage sales opportunities (even complex/strategic sales) and manage relationships with all organizations, companies and people involved in the process
  • planning negotiations and closing of orders, as well as new planting activities
  • accurately qualify leads and track all negotiation and sales opportunities
  • feed the CRM with information relating to the customer, opportunities and phases of the sales cycle
  • always have in mind your own sales objectives and those of the Company.

Here is the profile of the ideal candidate:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in the sale of software/hardware, networking and security products in the industrial and utility sectors
  • Know-how in building a sales pipeline, qualifying and identifying opportunities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Italian (and possibly also in English)
  • Demonstrated focus on sales targets assigned to meet (and exceed) monthly, quarterly, yearly quotas
  • Education, presentation skills, loyalty, ethics, order, autonomy, good analytical and proposition skills, ability to relate and work in a team, flexibility and adaptability
  • Residence in Milan or neighboring areas or in any case convenient for reaching the workplace (even if home office and frequent visits to customers are expected)
  • Driving license and independence for travel in Italy to visit customers
  • Availability for short trips for visits and customers, training and education, conferences and fairs, also abroad is required

Technical Department

We are looking for a young person, girl-o, with a Technical Diploma, or ITS, or Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering (or STEM disciplines) to be included in our Customer Service.

We require the following requirements for the candidate we wish to meet:

  • Maximum age 29 years
  • Knowledge of computers, PCs and servers, virtual environments, standard operating systems on PCs, Windows
  • Preferred basic knowledge of industrial networks and systems, instrumentation and control software, PLC, SCADA, OPC, communications and telecommunications, wireless, security
  • Possible programming PLC, HMI and other factory devices
  • Possibly awareness of Cyber ​​Security and Business Continuity issues
  • Essential requirements: native Italian speaker and good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Education, expressive skills, order, autonomy, good analytical and proposition skills, ability to relate and work in a team, flexibility and adaptability
  • Residence in Milan or neighboring provinces or in any case convenient for reaching the place of work

The candidate, after adequate training and education on the technologies, work and organization methods, products, tools, systems and procedures used by the Company - alongside Company tutor, will become part of the Technical Department, and will carry out pre/post-sales technical support activities, preparation of factory operating environments, training for customers on products distributed and supported by ServiTecno.

Place of work: Milan city (Sempione/Cenisio area).

Contract and Salary: INDETERMINATED TIME – we offer framework and conditions, in line with the applications, Tertiary CCNL and legal/market parameters. There is also a corporate welfare plan.

Willingness to short trips for training and education is required, including abroad, as well as on-site visits to Customers throughout the country.

Technical evaluation tests and aptitude interviews are foreseen.
