SERVITECNO is a commercial company specialized in the supply of software and hardware products for the development of industrial applications and systems and related services.

Since, in particular, the Site is used not only as a means of providing general information, useful to Customers and Prospects, but also as a data collection tool for those who wish to use the services and products offered, the information is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 to those who connect to the Site, accessible at the URL identified above.

The information is also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established pursuant to art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the reasons and purposes of the connection.

In general, it should be noted that this disclosure concerns the specific operations of:

  1. collection of user data relating to navigation within the Site;
  2. treatment related to the collection of data, sent via e-mail messages, to the addresses (“@servitecno.it”) located on the various pages of the Site.

This information refers only to the processing operations carried out within the Site and not, also, to those that will be carried out through other websites, which the user may access via a link from this Site. For these treatments, the supplied, by the respective Owners, independent information.

It should be noted that within the Site there are also other points of collection of personal data by the Data Controller. In order to be able to take advantage of specific services, in fact, the Data Controller may ask the interested party to fill in the forms. In relation to the treatments connected with the provision of the related services, reference is made, for anything not provided for in this general information, to the specific information that is placed following the aforementioned forms, also in relation to the acquisition of consent, where necessary.

It should also be noted that information and contacts (including e-mail addresses) relating to ServiTecno partners who have stipulated specific agreements with the latter are also published on the Site, for the possible provision of their services to Clients and Prospects. Given that ServiTecno will not make any communication of Users' data to these subjects and that every initiative to get in touch and request information or stipulate a contract is left to the exclusive activity of the interested party, ServiTecno will in no way be responsible for the treatments that will be carried out by these subjects, against the initiative of the User himself. In this regard, the User is advised to consult the information of the individual partners.

1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

1.1. Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website record, during their normal operation, some personal data whose acquisition takes place automatically and inevitably, if Internet communication protocols are used. These are data which, while not being retrieved with the specific purpose of identifying the respective interested parties, could well, due to their very characteristics, be associated with third party databases and thus allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site or to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing.

It should be noted that such data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the Site, in accordance with the procedures in force at the competent Authorities.

1.2. Data provided voluntarily by the user.

By constant interpretation, e-mail addresses and the information contained in messages (and possibly in attachments) are personal data. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses (@ServiTecno.it) indicated on the various pages of this Site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address by the respective recipient, necessary to respond to requests, as well as of the other personal data included in the message. The e-mail addresses of these users will not be extracted and used to communicate information on products and services provided by the Owner, unless this constitutes the very reason for the message sent by the user.

It is necessary to specify that the treatments carried out through the various pages of the Site will concern only common data: the user is therefore invited not to send data suitable for revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, trade-union political nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sex life or information which in any case qualifies as "sensitive data" pursuant to of the art. 4, paragraph 1 lett. d) of the Privacy Code. Otherwise, the relevant message will be destroyed immediately.

In the event that in any case you intend to send data of a sensitive nature to the Data Controller (for example a CV containing data relating to the civil service), please forward the relative message by fax to the following number: +39 02 48614441, specifying declaration of consent to the processing of sensitive data contained therein. We warn that, in the absence of this declaration, any message received will be destroyed.

2. AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION MECHANISMS

This site does not use trojans, spywares, web bugs, or systems for tracking users.

The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently recorded on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is solely aimed at making the exploration of the Site safe and efficient.

The so-called session cookies, used on this site, avoid the use of other IT techniques, potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The processing of personal data may be aimed, depending on the case, at the proposal of the products and services offered, at the sending of information material requested by the user, as well as to respond to the same regarding the requests formulated, concerning for example general information , on the Company's activity, on the services and/or products offered or on a job application.

The collection and processing of data may also tend to carry out statistical surveys, in order to detect the degree of user satisfaction in relation to the products and services offered. These latter activities are necessary to ensure an adequate standard of services provided by the Data Controller.

4. ACCESS TO DATA

They may have access to the data, for the pursuit of the purposes referred to in point 3, in the context of their respective functions or duties and, in any case, according to the methods and within the limits set out in the respective acts of appointment as Manager or Person in Charge, in addition to the people defined by the procedures of the Company itself.

5. METHOD OF TREATMENT

The data will be processed mainly with the aid of IT and telematic means, as well as with paper instruments, for a time not exceeding the duration and needs of the processing and within the limits of the purposes for which they were collected. In fact, personal data will be stored in electronic and paper archives, in order to allow their identification or selection in aggregate form. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and access
unauthorized, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the subject.

In any case, the user is informed that by definition the transmission of data via the Internet cannot achieve absolute levels of security.

The Data Controller cannot be considered required to perform any other service other than the timely and correct application of the safety standards imposed by the legislation in force, in particular the application of the security measures, in compliance with the provisions of the articles 33-36 of the Code and Annex B "Technical regulations on minimum security measures".

6. OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

With the exception of data relating to navigation (collected automatically by the system), the user is free to provide personal data concerning him.

Any failure to provide data by the interested party will make it impossible for the
Owner of providing the requested information or of proposing its own products and services.

7. FIELD OF CIRCULATION AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA

The data relating to navigation will not, under any circumstances, be disseminated or communicated. Any communication to the competent authorities is reserved, in relation to the activities necessary for the investigation and prosecution of crimes.

The personal data provided by users, who forward requests for information to the various e-mail addresses on the Site, are not disclosed to third parties.

Within the scope of the purposes indicated in this information, if it is necessary to communicate the data to subjects other than the Data Controller (for example selected partners), the latter will designate them as Data Processors.

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The art. 7 of the Code attributes specific rights to the interested party. In particular, the interested party has the right to:

  1. obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
  2. know the origin of the data, the purpose, the methods and the logic applied in the treatment carried out;
  3. know the identification details of the data processors and the categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents;
  4. obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, such as updating, rectification or, if the interested party is interested, integration of the same data;
  5. object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  6. object in whole or in part to the treatment envisaged for the purpose of commercial information or the sending of advertising material.

If, following the request referred to in article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 the existence of data concerning the interested party is not confirmed, a contribution to expenses, in any case not exceeding 10 Euros, may be requested from the latter. The Data may be processed by employees and collaborators of the Company responsible for pursuing the purposes indicated above, who have been expressly authorized for processing and who have received adequate operating instructions.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

“The data may be transferred to subjects established outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the United States, a country deemed adequate by the European Commission within the limits of the “EU-US Data Protection Framework” of 10 July 2023. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY - COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

By contacting the Owner via e-mail at etieghi@servitecno.it, the interested party may ask the Company for access to the Data concerning him, their cancellation, the rectification of inaccurate Data, the integration of incomplete Data, the deletion of Data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the art. 18 GDPR, as well as object, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing carried out for the legitimate interest of the owner.

Furthermore, in the event that the processing is based on the contract and is carried out with automated tools, the interested party has the right to receive the Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another owner without impediments.

The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State in which he habitually resides or works or in the State in which the alleged infringement occurred.

The interested party has the right to revoke the consent given at any time for marketing purposes and to object to the processing of Data processed for the same purposes. The possibility remains for the interested party who prefers to be contacted for the aforementioned purpose exclusively through traditional methods to express his opposition only to the receipt of communications through automated methods.
