1. Source from which the personal data originate

Your personal data is collected by ServiTecno Srl;

2. Types of data processed

The personal data processed are: name; surname; telephone number, email address, organization (company) of belonging, qualification and sector, in addition to cookies, as better indicated in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose and Legal basis

The processing of your personal data will take place for the following purpose and on the basis of the following legal bases:

A.  CONTRACTUAL AND PRE-CONTRACTUAL (legal basis: Fulfilment of contractual obligations and/or execution of pre-contractual measures – Art. 6, par. 1, letter b) GDPR).

It concerns the processing of personal data collected by ServiTecno Srl through your completion of the form published on the Site (https://www.servitecno.it/contatti/), or through your request for information by sending messages to ServiTecno's email addresses ("@servitecno.it") in order to receive commercial and/or general information.

The legal basis for the processing is the fulfillment of contractual obligations and/or execution of pre-contractual measures.

B.  DIRECT MARKETING (legal basis: consent Art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR).

It concerns the processing of your personal data collected by ServiTecno through your completion of the form published on the Site in order to receive promotional material relating to ServiTecno Srl products and services or to be contacted directly by ServiTecno Srl for promotional information.

Processing of your personal data will only occur with your consent; the legal basis for the processing is, therefore, your consent. Consent is optional and may be revoked by you at any time.

A.  NEWSLETTER (legal basis: consent Art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR).

It concerns the processing of your personal data collected by ServiTecno through your completion of the form on the Site in order to receive the newsletter. The processing of personal data will take place, subject to your consent; the legal basis for the processing is, therefore, your consent. Consent is optional and may be revoked by you, at any time.

In the cases of letters sub B) and C), following the revocation of consent, your personal data will no longer be processed by ServiTecno srl for the purpose for which the revocation was requested, therefore, you will no longer receive the newsletter and/or direct marketing. The data will therefore be deleted, unless there is a legal basis referred to in point sub e) that legitimises their retention by ServiTecno Srl or a different legal basis that makes the processing legitimate.

D.  LEGAL OBLIGATIONS (legal basis: fulfillment of obligations arising from the law – Art. 6, par. 1, letter GDRP).

Personal data will, in any case, be processed to fulfill the obligations arising from the law (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. c) GDRP) national and/or European Union to which ServiTecno Srl is subject.

4.  Method of treatment.

The processing of your personal data will be carried out by formally identified persons in charge and responsible for the processing who will use tools and supports – paper, magnetic, computer or telematic – suitable for guaranteeing their security and confidentiality. The processing may also be carried out through automated tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data electronically.

5.  Nature of treatment  – The nature of the contribution is:

• Mandatory – as regards the purpose under A); therefore any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, or failure to authorise their processing and/or their communication to third parties involved will result in ServiTecno Srl being unable to carry out the related requested activity.
• Optional - as regards the purposes under B and C; therefore any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, or failure to authorise their processing and/or their communication to third parties involved in carrying out the marketing/newsletter activity by ServiTecno Srl may result in the latter being unable to carry out the related activities.

6. Rights of the interested party

With regard to your personal data, you, as the interested party, may, by sending written communication by email to the following address: marketing@servitecno.it

• ask ServiTecno Srl, as data controller, for access to your personal data, to rectify or delete them, or to limit their processing or to oppose their processing (pursuant to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016). In particular:
  • with regard to the rectification of personal data, taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration;
  • with regard to the restriction of processing, you have the right to obtain it when one of the following hypotheses occurs: a) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for ServiTecno Srl to verify the accuracy of such personal data; b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request instead that their use be limited; c) although ServiTecno Srl no longer needs them for the purposes of the processing, the personal data are necessary for you to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court; d) the interested party has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1, pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the data controller prevail over those of the interested party.
  • with regard to the erasure of personal data without undue delay, you have the right to obtain it when one of the following reasons applies: a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; b) you, as the data subject, withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and if there is no other legal basis for the processing; c) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; d) the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which ServiTecno Srl is subject;
• receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you provided to a data controller and will have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by ServiTecno (so-called "right to data portability" pursuant to art. 20 EU Regulation 679/2016);
• revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation (pursuant to art. 8, par. 3, EU Reg. 679/2016).

Your personal data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

8. Communications during the treatment

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal obligations, your personal data may be communicated: as regards CONTRACTUAL/PRE-CONTRACTUAL PURPOSE:

• Your data will not be disclosed, the service will be provided directly by ServiTecno Srl

as to the NEWSLETTER;

• to the online marketing and communications management company;

as for DIRECT MARKETING

• Your data will not be disclosed, the service will be provided directly by ServiTecno Srl

9. Data retention period

The personal data provided by you will be stored in a form that allows your identification, as the interested party, for the following period of time:

(contractual purpose – pre-contractual measures) until the termination of the pre-contractual and/or contractual purpose in place with you: subsequently the personal data will no longer be processed for the pursuit of this purpose and will be deleted, except for the fulfillment of legal obligations, where there are any.

(newsletter – direct marketing) until consent is revoked: subsequently, the personal data will no longer be processed for the pursuit of this purpose and will be deleted, except for the fulfillment of legal obligations, where there are any. There is no automated system for the deletion of personal data at the end of the retention period, given that the deletion of the same occurs manually.

9. Complaint

If you believe that the processing violates EU Regulation 679/2016, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you habitually reside, work or the place where the alleged violation occurred.
