1. Characteristics of cookies

Pursuant to art. 12 et seq. EU Regulation 679/2016 and art. 122, paragraph 1, Privacy Code, we provide you with the following information.

As regards the origin of cookies, these can be:

• first-party cookies that are sent to the user's browser directly from the site they are visiting; and
• third-party cookies, which are sent to the user's computer from other sites and not from the site they are visiting

The types and characteristics of cookies that SERVITECNO.IT installs on its user's equipment, directly or through third parties, are the following:

•  b)     analytical cookies – analysis (first/third party) these cookies are collected to understand how users interact with the site. Analytical cookies can be used to collect information and report statistics on the use of the site, or they can be used, together with some profiling cookies, to show adverts more relevant to the user's needs and to measure interactions with the adverts we show.
•  c)     functional cookies – functionality (third party) these cookies are collected for the operation of the Site are usually set only in response to information provided to the site to personalize and optimize your experience and to remember your chat history.
•  d)     cookie profiling (third-party): aimed at creating profiles relating to the user and are used to send advertising messages (newsletters and/or advertising communications) in line with the preferences expressed during web browsing (see art. 122 of the Privacy Code). This category also includes (profiling) cookies, used in the field of re-targeting, which are those actually installed by third parties on behalf of servitecno.it on his equipment. So, with navigation on servitecno.it (no registration required) is generated un anonymous unique user identifier (“Cookie ID”) and is installed in your terminal device (browser) and is then used to display SERVITECNO,IT advertising (and products) even while browsing third-party sites.

The SERVITECNO.IT website includes components of Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. Also in this case these are third-party cookies managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host site (performance cookies). Google Analytics uses “cookies” to collect and analyze anonymous information on the behavior of use of the SERVITECNO.IT website (including the user’s IP address). 2. Aims of treatment

Cookies will be installed and processed for the following purposes:

Failure to consent or revoking it subsequently will not prevent the user from using the features of SERVITECNO.IT. The cookies installed are so-called third-party cookies, they are therefore installed - by virtue of a contract stipulated with ServiTecno - by the following third-party companies:

3. Microsoft;

In order to disable third-party cookies or block their use, it is necessary to refer to the Privacy Policies of the aforementioned suppliers.

3. Cookie management

The user can decide whether to accept all, none or only some categories of cookies by setting his preferences by clicking the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site and in the cookie information banner visible on the first visit to the SERVITECNO.IT site (and visible until a choice is made). Clicking this link displays a dialog box organized in tabs with the categories of cookies used by the site: click on these to learn more and change the default settings. It is also possible to prevent the installation of using the settings of your browser.

The total or partial disabling of technical cookies can compromise the use of the site's features reserved for users, on the contrary the usability of public content is possible even by completely disabling cookies. Disabling "third party" cookies does not compromise navigability in any way.

4. Method of treatment

The processing of cookies will be carried out by formally identified persons in charge and managers who will use tools and media – paper, magnetic, computer or telematic – suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality. The processing may also be carried out through automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data electronically. The custody of the databases is carried out in protected environments whose access is under constant control and in compliance with the provisions of EU regulation 670/16 and the Privacy Code. Third-party companies operate as joint data controllers.

5. Nature of the processing and legal basis

The nature of the transfer is respectively:    

Mandatory with regards to the use of technical cookies (purposes under art. 2 letter a).

The LEGAL BASIS of the processing is the legitimate interest of the owner of SERVITECNO.IT, as these are tools necessary both for the operation of SERVITECNO.IT itself and for statistical purposes; also to defend against fraud and illicit activities in general. Therefore, any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, or the failure to authorize their processing and/or their communication to third parties, may result in the impossibility for ServiTecno Srl to allow the user to access and use SERVITECNO.IT.

Optional as regards the purposes: analysis/statistics, operation/functionality, profiling/advertising under 2 letters b). c), d).

The LEGAL BASIS of the processing is your specific consent to each individual purpose. Therefore, any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, or failure to authorize their processing and/or their communication to third parties, will make it impossible for ServiTecno Srl to proceed to the related unauthorized activity.

6. Changing your browser settings (refusal to install cookies)

Third-party cookies are not generally essential for browsing, so it is possible to refuse them by default, through specific browser functions. 7. Do not track option (refuse to install cookies)

The Do Not Track option is present in most modern browsers. Websites designed to respect this option, when activated, should automatically stop collecting some browsing data.

8. “ANONYMOUS BROWSING” mode (refuse to install cookies)

With this function you can navigate without leaving traces of your browsing data in the browser. The pages you visit will not be stored in your history and new cookies will be deleted. The anonymous browsing function does not guarantee anonymity on the Internet, however, because it only serves to not keep your browsing data in the browser, while the browsing data will continue to be available to website managers and connectivity providers.

8. Rights of the interested party

Regarding cookies, it is possible to:

• deny your consent, at any time, to the installation of profiling cookies and in the case of granting it – the interested party may revoke it at any time;
• express your options regarding the use of cookies by SERVITECNO.IT through your browser settings and the designated tool offered by this site in compliance with the provisions of art. 122, c. 2 of the Privacy Code;
• exercise the additional rights referred to in EU Regulation 679/16 listed in the following art. 12

9. Communication of the treatment

Without prejudice to the communications and disseminations carried out in compliance with legal obligations, the data may be communicated in Europe to: Hubspot.

10. Storage times

Cookies will be stored for:

• session, which are destroyed every time the browser is closed
• persistent, they are not deleted when the browser is closed but remain up to a preset expiration date

11. Opt Out

The user can revoke his/her consent at any time.

12. Rights of the interested party

With regard to your personal data, you, as the interested party, may, by sending a written communication via email to the following address: marketing@servitecno.it:

• ask ServiTecno Srl, as data controller, for access to your personal data, to rectify or delete them, or to limit their processing or to oppose their processing (pursuant to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016). In particular:
• with regard to the rectification of personal data, taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration;
• with regard to the limitation of processing, you have the right to obtain it when one of the following hypotheses occurs: a) You contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for ServiTecno Srl to verify the accuracy of such personal data; b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; c) although ServiTecno Srl no longer needs them for processing purposes, the personal data are necessary for you to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
• with regard to the erasure of personal data without undue delay, you have the right to obtain it when one of the following reasons applies: a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; b) You, as the data subject, revoke the consent on which the processing is based and if there is no other legal basis for the processing; c) the personal data have been processed unlawfully; d) personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which ServiTecno Srl is subject;
• receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you provided to a data controller and will have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by ServiTecno Srl (so-called "right to data portability" pursuant to art. 20 EU Regulation 679/2016);
• revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation (pursuant to art. 8, par. 3, EU Reg. 679/2016).
• Your personal data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
• Your personal data is stored on servers located in the European Union.
