ADVANCED ANALYTICS

EDGE COMPUTING
It is indicated as one of the fastest growing technologies of the coming years and for a very clear reason. It is no longer possible to ignore the determining role that the borderline technologies, i.e. those that enable the real process of convergence between IT and OT: it is therefore necessary to adopt solutions that have an adequate processing and computing power to support the entire process and simultaneously create a secure and efficient "bridge" to the CLOUD or the Enterprise Network. ServiTecno distributes the solution Stratus Technologies ZTC EDGE (which you can touch at the fair…), which in addition to the two characteristics just mentioned can increase the availability of your systems up to a UPTIME of 99,999% (Fault Tolerance)
TUNNELING
The fact that i data collected they must be transferred from the Plant Floor to the CLOUD makes it necessary to create connections between the different layers of the network architecture, and this can be done precisely through the tunneling. To ensure a safe and efficient transfer ServiTecno has adopted the SKKYNET proposal which with a few simple steps allows you to connect OPC UA and OPC DA clients and servers (classic) to any MQTT broker, including Azure, Google and Amazon IoT
OT VERSIONING (and CHANGE MANAGEMENT)
Have a platform that automatically manage backups of process applications (and related changes and variations) offers the guarantee of having the technologies under control which make the process efficient and safe. Thanks to the solution proposed by AUVESY-MDT, the logics and SW solutions residing within the PLC, SCADA and other ICS systems will therefore always be available and "recallable" by minimizing the times for a quick restart (following a scheduled or unscheduled downtime): moreover every single variation will be meticulously traced allowing operators to know the history and evolution of the process.
OEE
Quickly measure, monitor and improveefficiency with the “light MES” solution CLOUD Based by GE Digital.
GE Digital's Proficy Smart Factory – Cloud OEE is a powerful Operations management solution that reduces management costs by improving operations performance of machines and plants (OEE). This platform (100% CLOUD Based but also available on-prem) collects and analyzes data from more or less automated processes to track and monitor OEE, performance indicators, downtime, waste and production counts, MTBF, MTTR and more. With Proficy Smart Factory – Cloud OEE by GE Digital you will therefore be able to:
- Associate automatically or manually the events to the causes and then analyze to identify the root causes
- Summarize and analyze data for context
- Relate cause and effect by combining some production parameters and data (even non-homogeneous).
