ServiTecno srl (www.servitecno.it) is a commercial company based in Milan, active for over 35 years and specialized in the supply of software and hardware for industrial automation, process control and production optimization systems, software distributor for Italy industrial of GE-Digital (www.ge.com/digital , BU of the group General Electric) and other products for industrial applications.

We are looking for young graduates (max 30 years) to be included in the sales team as Sales Engineer, who (after a short training and adequate coaching) cover an assigned area and have responsibility for agreed and assigned targets.

Here's what we expect from candidates:

  • successfully propose and sell our software and hardware products for industrial applications and related services
  • get in tune with customers and with the other colleagues of our team
  • identify and qualify opportunities in one's own territory/industrial sector, managing both existing customers and finding new ones (System Integrator, End User in Industry and Utility)
  • manage sales opportunities (even complex/strategic sales) and manage relationships with all organizations, companies and people involved in the process
  • planning negotiations and closing of orders and new planting activities
  • accurately qualify leads and track all negotiation and sales opportunities
  • feed the CRM with information relating to the customer, opportunities and phases of the sales cycle
  • always have in mind your own sales objectives and those of the Company.

Here is the profile of our ideal candidate:

  • University-level culture
  • 2-3 years of proven activity in the sale of software/hardware products in the industrial and utility sectors
  • Know-how in building a sales pipeline, qualifying and identifying opportunities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Italian and also in English
  • Demonstrated focus on assigned sales targets, being able to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
  • Education, loyalty, ethics, order, autonomy, good analytical and propositional skills, ability to relate and work in a team, flexibility and adaptability
  • Residence in Milan or neighboring areas or in any case convenient for reaching the place of work
  • Driving license and independence for travel in Italy to visit customers
  • Availability for short trips for training and education is required, even abroad
