The new version of the MT-713 device is able to measure, record and transmit field data even in those environments not served by power lines, thanks to battery power.
Like the other modules of the MT family, this module features an avant-garde design characterized by advanced innovative solutions, it is easy to configure and to integrate with data collection and processing systems.
Data transmission, which can be automatic when certain events occur or scheduled at regular time intervals, helps minimize energy consumption and transmission costs while extending battery life.
The simple and compact design in a case offering IP 67 protection makes the module ideal for harsh environments without electrical connections (eg wells and water supply control rooms).
Up to 10 years of uninterrupted use
The integrated replaceable battery and the MT-CPV additional module, which allows you to add external batteries, guarantee the possibility of using the device even for 10 years using lithium batteries in combination with an energy saving system.
The battery voltage is continuously monitored and recorded together with the measurement data, allowing the operator to check the remaining range.
The MT-713 module is equipped with 5 digital/counter inputs (suitable for operating with potential-free contacts) and 3 analog inputs which allow the measurement of parameters such as pressure, temperature, level, etc.
The ability to power the analog inputs only at the time of measurement, the digital outputs capable of handling the power supply of external sensors and the ability to disable the integrated modem reduce energy consumption to a minimum.
Advanced features
The device is equipped with a modem offering the latest communication technologies: NB-IoT, LTE Cat. M1 /2G or 2G/3G; Bluetooth Low Energy for configuration and diagnostics.
Measurement data can be recorded with an accurate time stamp into the non-volatile Flash memory according to a pre-set schedule or upon the occurrence of specific events.
In addition to the measurements, the module can signal various alarms: tampering with the casing, unauthorized opening of the chamber, lack of flow for a long time, exceeding a predefined level or temperature threshold, etc.
The resources and functionality of the MT-713 module can be optimized for particular applications thanks to the many options available, including lithium or alkaline battery packs, internal antenna, opaque housing, communication interface for external devices and GPS receiver.
By purchasing the module you also receive an easy-to-use configuration environment, communication options with open interfaces for OPC/ODBC/CSV and remote management functions.
Finally, the remote firmware update feature is available.
