Senior Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts with a large variety of sizes from small customer, to medium and large customers
- Define appropriate solutions to meet customer demand
- Work with multiple functions in the customers' organization: IT Manager, Senior Management (V-Level and C-Level), Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Purchasing. Also work with other Solution Providers or Subcontractors for project execution
- Define products and solutions / projects pricing for end customers, while ensuring appropriate margins 
- Promote new products and solutions
- Sell and specify SW projects
- Work with multiple functions within the company: Other Account Manager, Application Engineers, Back Office and Customer Service personal, Marketing
- Develop new business within existing customers, within new customers and to new verticals

Expectations:
- Be responsible for managing accounts from all aspects
- "Think big"
- Be able to make decisions and be accountable for his and others' actions
- Meet quarterly targets and report progress against those targets on a weekly basis
- Need to be Clear Thinker, think logically

Challenges:
- Selling advanced and unique solutions, which require professional knowledge of SW solutions and Manufacturing Processes 
- 60% field work, requires extensive amount of traveling (in Country)
- No standard working hours
- Ability to work under pressure

- Personal relationships and ability to work with customers
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure

- Stability, willingness to work in this position for many years
- Self-trained
- Ability to present in front of audience
- Determined to find solutions to challenges
- Responsible, does not need micro-management

Education & Experience:
- BA in Management, SW Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing customers and selling SW Solutions to the industrial sector
- Recommended: Knowledge of IT systems, Databases, ERP, Process and Factory Automation
- Good written and spoken English
